This image depicts the pain that lingers with the victim of a romance scam. The victim is left abandoned, assaulted financially and emotionally. She is left only with the essence of love and cannot help but keep loving the scammer that plotted and calculated her future for his financial gain. As she passes through time, her pain diminishes and she is able to regain her life. Unfortunately, not all are able to do this, some continue to have heart problems and cry for months on end, sometimes years, an emotional scar is carried with them throughout the rest of their lives.
